hi im new to this site , i just ordered the bf hacks for a year ... when i run the ihgateway.exe i log in and load it up ... then when i click on bfbc2 i click stream and it says

" sorry, this subscription is not available at this time please try again later "

then i click ok and another window pops up and says

" sorry this subscription is not available at this time "

i cant find anything on the forums about this either

anyway if you could return a message with an explanation or a link to instructions on how to set this exe up properly i would really appreciate it
